DESCRIPTION:Interested in being part of the eMERGE team? Looking for valuable experience while doing good work? We would love to have you as part of the Home Visit Support Crew! \nJoin us on Tuesday June 16th from 6:30pm  to 7:30pm at the eMERGE Commons in Old Quebec Street Mall. Our Home Advisors will be on hand to answer your questions and share information about the Home Visit program. We offer hands-on training experience for all volunteers that will give you experience in working directly with customers in their own home\, evaluating the energy efficiency of different areas in the home\, all while providing a direct connection with your community.

Please join us for an informal\, informative evening to learn how to begin a Transition Street of your own and become better connected with your community. DESCRIPTION:Help lead meetings\, guide the group through activities\, support them in making decisions and act as a conduit to the resources eMERGE Guelph can provide. \nTransition Streets brings neighbours together to get better acquainted\, while learning collaboratively how to save money\, reduce environmental footprints\, and empower neighbours to work together to create positive and long term environmental and social change. Each neighbourhood group that registers is provided with a trained facilitator who will help them along their journey – We hope this can be you! \nTraining is provided for free to volunteers who commit to facilitating a minimum of 3 Transition Streets group meetings.
